Emotional transition for mothers

You know your career no longer fits you.But the pull back, the overthinking, and self-doubt keep drawing you back into staying.

I help mothers who feel trapped in misaligned careers stop talking themselves out of the changes they deeply want — so they can move through transition with steadiness, emotional resilience, and self-trust, instead of letting self-protection quietly take over their lives.

Meet Sabrina

I do this work because I lived the in-between — and learned how to move through it.

I'm a mother. I spent twenty years in corporate consulting before I let myself fully admit my career no longer fit who I was becoming. I know the years of mentally living somewhere else while staying in the same role. I know what it's like to wait for the savings to be bigger, the kids to be older, the certainty to arrive. I also know what happens when waiting quietly becomes self-abandonment disguised as responsibility.

What I learned — through my own transition, and through the women I now work with — is that you don't think your way out of a misaligned career. You build the emotional capacity to move through it.

This isn't only what I've lived. It's also what I'm professionally trained for — so I can walk this with you safely, not just empathetically.

Who this is for

You'd recognise yourself in any of these.

You fantasise about a different professional life constantly, but never fully move toward it.

You know your current career is draining you, and the unknown feels even scarier than staying.

You think every next step through — spiralling — until the momentum quietly disappears.

You stay where you are because the weight of responsibility and stability feels too heavy to risk.

You keep waiting to feel fully confident before making a move — and the moment never comes.

You are emotionally exhausted from carrying tension and self-doubt into every day.

You know you want change, and something inside you treats it like danger.

You are tired of mentally living somewhere else while physically staying in the same career.

You are quietly grieving the woman you can already feel yourself becoming — and every year you don't move, she feels further away.

You are not lazy or ungrateful. You are exhausted from trying to stay loyal to a life that no longer fits.

"I wasn't showing up as the version of myself I wanted to be."

"The in-between is not a waiting room. It is where the real becoming happens."

The women I work with aren't stuck because they lack courage. They're stuck because no one has ever helped them work at the level where the stuckness actually lives.

The methodology

Career transition is not just a professional decision.
It is an emotional and identity transition.

Most women try to think their way through career change while their body is bracing against it. The result is paralysis, and the slow erosion of self-trust. This work integrates mindset, emotion, nervous system regulation, behaviour, and unconscious patterning — so you can move through transition with steadiness, instead of retreating into the familiar every time uncertainty asks something bigger of you.

"I didn't even fully understand what was actually holding me back."

i.

Mindset

The inner narratives that keep you orbiting the same decision without ever actually making it.

ii.

Emotional

The capacity to be with longing, grief, and the unknown — without managing or numbing them away.

iii.

Nervous System

The regulation that lets your body settle into change, instead of bracing against it.

iv.

Behavioural

The small, real-life steps that stop your future from staying trapped inside your head.

v.

Unconscious

The automatic reactions that take over before you even realise you've pulled back again.

"What is in the way is the way. The obstacles, the fears, the challenges — these are not blocking your path. They are the path."

What changes

Not forced confidence. Not motivation. Emotional capacity.

Without it, nothing holds for long. Strategy becomes another thing to think yourself in circles about. Decisions don't stick. Action collapses back into the familiar. With it — you can stay present through the unknown, take the next step without needing total certainty, and stop letting self-protection quietly run your life.

01

You stop circling every next move.

You become someone who can stay present while becoming someone new.

A real transformation

One woman's in-between.

This is what the in-between often feels like: knowing something deeper is calling you while still feeling emotionally tied to what feels safe.

"I felt stuck between the life that paid the bills… and the life I actually wanted."

Priscilla R.

"For months, I was torn between two worlds — my cleaning business that paid the bills, and my coaching business that felt like my calling but wasn't yet supporting me financially. I felt stuck between survival and passion, unsure which path to commit to."

"In our first session, everything shifted. Sabrina helped me see new possibilities and guided me to be honest with myself. With her support, I felt lighter, more grounded, and finally able to show up for both without guilt."

"What I love most about Sabrina is her relentless care. She's deeply sensitive to emotions and energy, and she doesn't stop until you reach clarity and certainty."

"If she doesn't give up on me, why should I give up on myself?"

"Now I'm confident and clear on what's next. I can almost touch it."

"Before working with Sabrina, I had a lot of self-doubt. She helped me believe in myself, held me accountable, and when I felt lost, she helped me find my way. I've already hit that first goal, and I'm moving forward. I'm so grateful for her guidance and everything she's done for me."
