1 Session One

We find the exact moment you pull back from change — specific, not abstract. Then we go underneath it, separating what you actually want from what emotional overwhelm, pressure, and responsibility have been saying instead. The clarity most women are searching for is rarely missing. It's simply been harder to hear than the noise around it.

The shift: You stop treating confusion as proof you're broken or incapable. What you actually want has been there all along — this session helps you hear it again.
2 Session Two

Understanding What Keeps You Stuck

Fear of instability. Fear of making the wrong decision. Fear of what change might cost you and the people you're responsible for. This session names the specific patterns that keep pulling you back — not to judge them, but to understand them.

The shift: The emotional self-protection patterns that have kept you stuck are finally seen with compassion instead of frustration. The internal war begins to quiet.
3 Session Three

Learning to Stay Grounded Inside Uncertainty

Career change is uncertain by nature — that part won't change. The question isn't how to remove it. It's how to stop collapsing inside it. This session works in the body, not just the mind. You experience what it feels like to stay grounded when the ground feels unsteady. You leave with a practice you can use in any moment that tries to pull you back.

The shift: Uncertainty stops being the thing that stops you. You have a felt, embodied reference for staying with yourself when the ground feels unsteady.
4 Session Four

Taking One Real Step Forward

Insight without movement is still just insight. In our final session, you name one specific, grounded action you've been avoiding — a conversation, an application, a decision, a boundary — and you commit to taking it within the next seven days. Not from pressure or willpower. From the steadier internal ground you've actually experienced across these sessions.

The shift: Career change stops being something you endlessly think about and never move toward. You do something real — one grounded step that belongs to your actual life.

you might be wondering.

Is this career coaching?

No — and that distinction matters. Career coaching typically focuses on strategy: your CV, your next role, your plan. This work focuses on why you can't move toward that plan even when you know what you want. It addresses the emotional patterns — the contraction, the second-guessing, the pull back into safety — that make change feel impossible regardless of how clear the path looks intellectually.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy are different. This is a forward-facing, client-led process. We're not going into clinical territory or doing trauma processing — we're working on the specific emotional patterns that keep pulling you back from career change, and building your capacity to move through them. If you're in active crisis or need clinical support, I'd encourage you to seek that first.

I've tried therapy, journalling, even other coaching. Why would this be different?

Most approaches stay at the level of the mind — understanding your patterns, reframing your thoughts. That's valuable. But this kind of change also lives in the body and the nervous system. This work addresses all of it: what you feel, what your body does when the spiral starts, and the unconscious patterns that keep pulling you back. That's why the shift holds when other approaches haven't.

What if I don't know what career I want to move toward?

That's often where we start. For many women, the confusion isn't real — it's emotional overwhelm, responsibility, and internal noise speaking louder than what they actually want. Part of this work is quieting that noise enough for clarity to emerge naturally. You don't need to have your next career figured out before you begin. Often clarity arrives as a result of the work, not a prerequisite for it.

What happens between sessions?

Each session ends with a practice or noticing exercise — nothing overwhelming. And you have WhatsApp access to me throughout. The space between sessions is where a lot of the real integration happens, and I'm there if something surfaces, shifts, or the pull back into safety becomes loud.

Can I continue working with you after the four sessions?

Yes — and that's intentionally possible. This experience is designed as an entry point: a way for you to feel what it's actually like to work with me before committing to anything deeper. At the close of our final session, if you want to continue and go further, I'll share what longer-term work looks like. If you feel ready to move forward on your own, that's equally welcome. No pressure either way.
